Hyderabad: Actor Naga Chaitanya, who owns the Hyderabad Blackbirds team in the Indian Racing Festival (IRF), brought a dose of high-speed energy to Bigg Boss Telugu, joining his father and host of the show, Nagarjuna, to put motorsport in the spotlight.

The episode offered viewers an inside look into the world of professional racing. Naga Chaitanya was joined by Akhilesh Reddy, Chairman & Managing Director of Racing Promotions Pvt Ltd (RPPL), the promoters of the Indian Racing Festival, along with drivers from the league.

Speaking on his love for racing and his team, Hyderabad Black Birds, Naga Chaitanya said on the show, “Racing has always given me the same thrill and energy that acting does. Becoming the owner of the Hyderabad Blackbirds allowed me to turn that passion into something real.”

Akhilesh Reddy added, “Naga Chaitanya has been a driving force behind the Indian Racing League — not just as a team owner, but as someone who genuinely believes in the future of Indian motorsport.”

After a thrilling Round 3 at the Kari Motor Speedway in Coimbatore, Hyderabad Blackbirds’ Car No. 31 leads the car standings as they sit just one point off the lead in the team championship. The focus now turns to the upcoming rounds in Goa and Mumbai in January and February, respectively, where the battle for supremacy in the Indian Racing League is set to intensify.
